In the Founder's, Stephanos Papadopoulos  (https://www.linkedin.com/in/stephanos-papadopoulos-424a1b46/) , home country of Cyprus the word Spatzia means Sage.  Spatzia is well known for it's healing powers, something which inspired Stephanos to create his brand, due to the ''healing'' and value added powers of the services he has been providing to Founders, Business Owners and CEOs worldwide.

Stephanos is an International Trusted Advisor, Accredited Coach and Consultant to Founders Entrepreneurs, Business Owners and International C-Level Executives.  He has first-hand experience of high pressure, fast paced, international business environments and the opportunities and threats that these environments create for the leaders involved.

Stephanos creates a safe space for his clients, which allows them to fine-tune and increase their creativity, focus and resolve, for what matters to them most.  His work with his clients enables their growth and supports them in making bigger, better and more confident decisions on a professional and personal basis. 

He has worked in C Suite, Advisory Board and Board of Directors Level positions in strategy, finance and operations, as well as a consultant and coach in numerous industries(financial services, FMCG, retail trade, manufacturing, high tech, education, mining, construction, heavy machinery trading, automobile trade) on an international basis, in companies from start up to mature phase, backed primarily by Family Office, Private Equity and VC funding.
